Us guys have a serious disadvantage when it comes to flirting with women. Women have been doing it all their lives. They get approached by interested guys all the time. Guys with game. Guys who are smooth. Guys who have had more conquests in the last week than you have your whole life. So how do you even the playing field? How do you learn how to flirt? It's not as hard as you may think.
Change the way you think about it
The first step to learn how to flirt with girls is to change your head. You are done being a loser. You are now a charmer. You are a flirt. You flirt with everybody. You have years of practice to catch up on. You need to get started right away. One caveat - don't be too much of a flirt at work until you're better at it. Romance can be messy at work - especially when you're awkward about it.
You are not trying to get laid. Ok, you might be, but your goal right NOW isn't to get laid. It's to make a woman laugh, or smile, or give you one of those "looks" before she smacks you in the arm. Treat her like she's your bratty little sister. Give her a hard time for everything. Think about how you act around your friends. I bet you give them a lot of crap for random things. Now do that with women.

Another strategy is if you know a guy who is great with woman. Watch him and learn. You'll learn more by observing how he acts than from anything that comes out of his mouth.
