Approaching Women - The Right Mindset For Finding A Girlfriend

ByClaire Geonzon
When it comes to approaching women to get a girlfriend, mindset is everything. Mindset is the way you think, your beliefs, your ideas about women, sex, and relationships, etc. Every guy has gone through a period in his life where he's torn between the player lifestyle and wanting to have a steady girlfriend.
The problem with being a guy is that men are just biologically designed to spread their seed to as many women as possible. This goes way back to caveman days when we had to have lots of healthy sons and daughters for further reproduction. Men are evolutionarily designed to want lots of sex with different partners.
But a life full of meaningless sex is just that - meaningless. If you're a player, you'll often find yourself sleeping alone because you don't want the girls spending the night and getting feelings. It means purposely keeping yourself emotionally distant so that you don't build too much interest and then hurt the girl's feelings.
If you want to get a girlfriend, you have to be able to reconcile these two forces. When you want to commit, you've got to get rid of friction. By friction, I mean the two equal and opposite forces in your life. In this case, it's the friction between being a player and somebody's boyfriend.
If you're going to commit, you have to accept this dual nature as reality. You can't just pretend like it doesn't exist. Your love is no different than any other, and you're sometimes going to have times where you're really attracted to someone other than your girlfriend.
It's completely normal and natural. It doesn't mean you're weird or deviant, or that there's anything wrong with your relationship. She'll sometimes want to be with someone else too. It's a fact and it's biology.
Denial makes this friction much worse. The more you try to deny it, the more attention you draw to it. It can turn into serious anxiety, just like approach anxiety. You know how if you deny your approach anxiety, it just gets worse. This is the same, so it's important to admit that this friction exists.
When lots of guys get into relationships, they think their love is somehow different. They don't understand that this is a natural fact and something to be accepted. But before you start approaching women to find a girlfriend, you've got to decide that you're ready to ditch the player lifestyle and settle down with one girl for the long haul.

How To Approach A Woman - The Right Mindset For Getting A Girlfriend

ByClaire Geonzon
When you want to learn how to approach a woman in order to find a girlfriend, you've got to work on commitment. You have to commit yourself to the idea of having a girlfriend before you can commit to a specific girl.
'Commitment' is a scary word, but actually, you make commitments every day. You commit to having a friend, going to the gym, meeting for beers, or whatever. Being committed to one person is just another piece of that commitment puzzle. You're going to be committed to her in the same way.
When you can really commit to having a girlfriend, there are a few really cool things that are going to happen. The first is that you're going to quit worrying about whether to approach or hang out with certain girls. You'll just meet women, talk to them, and there's no need to work on your skills. It's not just going out to have fun and get laid.
At this point, you're going to stop worrying about approaching every girl. You'll feel a lot less pressure because you're not approaching girls who aren't girlfriend material anymore. You'll also come across better to women because you know what you're looking for.
When you have a clear, solid idea of what you're looking for, you'll always be more attractive to women. The reason is that you're coming from a place of screening. You're not interested in every girl out there, but only the type of girl that you have in mind. You're looking for girls that you can really spend some time with.
You're going to have more confidence because you have a clear, identifiable goal. That's one of the powerful things about goal setting. When you have a goal, no matter how many times you mess up, you can get back on the horse and ride again. This is because you've set a trajectory; you know where you're trying to go.
Along with this, you've got to accept the fact that as a guy, it's normal and natural to be attracted to other women as well. When you get a girlfriend, no matter how strong your love is, you're still going to feel attraction for other women. Instead of denying this, accept it and know that if you're committed, you'll resist all urges to chase other women. If you want to know how to approach a woman looking for girlfriend material, this is the right mindset that you need.

When to Break Up: 12 Questions to Help You Make a Right Decision

Breaking up is hard to do... but better sooner than later!
It is exciting, exhilarating, uplifting when you meet someone who seems to be "the One" - your Soul Mate, your Best Friend, your Dream Romantic Partner and Lover. You feel like everything is possible - True Love, Inner Connection, Long Distance Relationship... You are once again willing to believe that "they" do exist - Men who have Integrity, who are Trustworthy and Caring. You open your Heart to a possibility of being in Love again...
And then something happened... You started noticing some "red flags", some warning signs that should have alarmed you but you've chosen to ignore your intuition, ignore your gut feeling because it's really hard to admit that there is no "happily ever after" with this person... You refuse to follow your guts when "The One" basically told you who he really is via his actions and attitude, not his promises.
How much proof do you need to say "Enough, this relationship doesn't work for me"? What price are you willing to pay for being with a wrong person for too long?
Well, for some women, sadly, it takes a lifetime, for others - divorce, heartbreak, depression, weight gain, financial ruin, etc.
It doesn't have to be that way!! It's better be alone than together with a wrong person, isn't it?
Physical attraction, Chemistry, Body type - these are all important factors, of course, but, unfortunately, NOT ENOUGH TO MAKE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WORK!
Here are a few questions that you may ask yourself when evaluating you relationship:
Do you feel uplifted, energized and respected by the person you are with?Does being together with this person bring out the best in both of you?Is he loving and caring towards you?Does he support and inspire you to pursue your dreams - personal and professional?Does he act in integrity with his words? Is he financially responsible? Does he like his work/profession and is good at what he does?Is he willing to make an effort to see you/to be with you (e.g. travel the distance to see you, wait for you if you are busy, accommodate your personal circumstances)?Does he respect you enough to have intimate relationship on your terms?Does he prefer an "open relationship" or believes in "excusive only"?Is he respectful toward your religious and political affiliations?Do you have similar values as to roles and responsibilities of a man and a woman in a family setting? Is he mature enough for having a family, having children, providing financial support?
These questions above are important "checks items" that you can use to see if you got a "keeper". Most importantly, pay attention to your FEELINGS when you ask yourself these questions. If you feel that he is NOT "The One" - don't waste your time, your energy, and your life - MOVE ON! Once you KNOW that the foundation for this relationship is weak - LEAVE and DON'T LOOK BACK!
You can leave on your terms - gracefully, respectfully, and fairly. After all, it's nobody's fault, it's just not "your cup of tea"... no need to be angry, bitter or, worse yet, vindictive. As long as you have a strong "Why" for leaving - your reasons are clear and your intentions are fair - ACT with Conviction and Strength. Remember: Clarity

Use Your Right Hemisphere for the Right Moves

ByRafaela J Vasquez

Have you ever considered the implications of the fact there are distinct differences in perspective, thought processes, and behaviors based on which side of the brain you use? We all use both sides to varying degrees; however, men tend to predominantly use the left hemisphere of the brain, while women the right. In your pursuit of attracting women, why not adapt your style of thinking to one that allows you to understand women better, be more in-sync with them, communicate more effectively with them, and consequently, become tremendously more attractive to them?

In every individual, one side of the brain tends to dominate the other and conducts our perspective through its dominant lens. Let's start off by defining the characteristics of the left brain:

- The left hemisphere is analytical, logical and detail-oriented

- It processes information in a linear, segmented way

- It is judges reality and comes to conclusions based on empirical evidence

- It is disciplined and adheres to "the rules".

- It is stable, structured, rigid and efficient

- It likes to plan, organize, and focus on calculable results

- It considers time frames and prefers to work within defined parameters, i.e "in the box" thinking.

- It suffers the stresses of uncertainty and risk

The right hemisphere on the other hand, is quite different: It's the outgoing and friendly side of you, that adds color, passion and excitement to you experiences. It is the side that women use more often. The right brain is:

- funny; it is where a sense of humor resides.

- creative and artistic, and exceptional at visualization.

- expressive, and associated with forming first impressions.

- If you appreciate music, it is responsible for your rhythm.

- spontaneous and a risk-taker.

- flexible and likes variety.

- intuitive and tends to understand the whole picture.

Since women use their right brain more, it is important for a man like you who wants to attract them, to learn to understand and use more of your 'right-brain' faculties. Doing so will benefit you with such things as your charm, sense of humor, and good taste in clothes (which women find physically attractive in a man). Furthermore, you will also be able to relate better, communicate better, and 'read' a woman's emotion and feeling. Women will find you a blast to be with, as you will be spontaneous, charismatic and fun, not to mention truly Confident, which is the attribute that women admire most.

Of course, everyone is able to use both sides of the brain in varying degrees. You need both. However for some things, as in the attraction of women, you can benefit from a greater degree of right-brain thinking. With increased awareness, you will be able to shift your brain function accordingly in order to exploit the attractive and charismatic features that your right hemisphere has to offer you. Once unleashed, it has the potential to transform you into someone quite appealing to women.
