Going on a first date can be one of the most nerve-racking experience one can go through. I find that for women it is not just about making intelligent conversation during the date but the preparations before the date.
Seven very important things that a woman needs to do before her date.
1. Visit your hair stylist!
Nothing makes a woman feel stronger and full of confidence than a fresh new hairstyle. Get the most out of all your assets. Your hair plays a big part in who you are as a woman, so pump up the volume.
2. Visit your favorite boutique or store!
Pick up a matching bra and panties set. New matching underwear will make you fell sexy and desirable. It may even let out your flirtatious side.
3. Take a trip to your nail salon!
A manicure and pedicure is essential for your appearance. Keep in mind that your date will be checking out everything from the way your hair looks, to your makeup, to your outfit and the kind of shoes you have on.
4. Shaving is necessary!
You want all your parts looking its best. You never know what will happen on a date so be prepared. Do not forget that plucking your eyebrows is part of shaving as well. Get rid of hair everywhere!
5. Clean up your home!
The night may end at your place; you will want everything in its place. There is no bigger turn off than walking into somebody's home and seeing that they live like a slob. You remember the kindergarten rule, clean up, clean up, everybody clean up.
6. Get Protection!
In the real estate world they say location, location, location, well in the dating world, it is safety, safety, safety, in other words, make sure you have condoms in your bag. It is better to be safe than sorry, because you never know where the night will go.
7. Google them!
Look up their profile on Facebook, on MySpace and any other social network. That will give you some information on who they are, what they like and importantly what they have been up too. This will give you some topics to keep the conversation going.
These are just a couple of things to put on your to-do list to prepare for your first date. You want to look your best, feel your best, and have some tools to guide you on your first date.
Happy dating!
